Yvan Guy J. Larocque, CD, BA, JD

Yvan loves working with communities, businesses and entrepreneurs, providing innovative legal solutions and services to help them achieve their goals . He believes in working collaboratively with clients by responding to their needs in an efficient, friendly and down to earth manner.

Yvan works with entrepreneurs and businesses in various sectors and at various stages of development. He often advises Indigenous-owned businesses and governments in the development of meaningful business ventures. As well, he is always interested in working with businesses, leaders and entrepreneurs involved in responsible resource development, alternative energy, clean technology, financial technology, and other innovative business ventures.

Yvan received a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law (UBC) in the Indigenous Legal Studies Program, with a Business Law Concentration and a Specialization in Aboriginal Law. He is also an alumnus of the Program of Legal Studies for Native People at University of Saskatchewan, and received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Manitoba.
