I recently worked with Phil to assist with the sale of my business. It was a difficult process working with the franchisor and buyer to complete all the details and close on time. Phil worked very hard to ensure my best interests were at the forefront and my personal assets were protected and he worked especially hard on closing date to meet the sale agreement requirements I required. I have been in business and private practice for over 15 years and never came accross a lawyer that had his hands in his own pockets (if you know what I mean).
