 Had a dealing with Tanya and her team (Natalie and Jordan) this morning. A very pleasant experience and made everything easy. Booked very last minute, accommodated and everyone was very professional. Will visit for all the future dealings. Highly recommend!

 Tanya was absolutely ah-mazing when we were stuck trying to get an ILA asked by a lender last minute for a closing. We drove and called around the city literally begging lawyers to help us get one and the attitude we got from everyone was shocking. Luckily we found Tanya, who saw how anxious we were and understood our situation and made time for us and had the job done the same day! Was so thankful to have found her and would recommend her and get office any day! Efficient, curteous and wonderful to deal with!

 We have used Tanya's services to purchase a few houses already and will definitely continue to do so in the future! Her team is extremely professional, efficient, organized, and highly competent. We always receive responses in a timely manner. Due to issues with an incompetent mortgage broker we were forced to reschedule our original appointment multiple times, but Tanya's office was always so incredibly understanding and accommodating. From a friend's experience I've heard that it is sometimes difficult to get ahold of the lawyer him/herself as you are always going through other staff members that may not know the answers to complicated questions, which my friend found very frustrating--however, this was never the case with Tanya. Her staff is of course very competent and pleasant to deal with, but whenever I had a more complicated issue, I always had the option of contacting Tanya herself directly. She is very knowledgeable and provided great advice regarding our complex situation with fast response times. To top it all off, her fees were very reasonably priced as well. Overall, I couldn't be happier with her services and would highly recommend her to everyone!
