 Had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. Highly recommend Jordan and Mark. Never had a transaction be so transparent and honest, even compared to some higher end dealerships. Professionalism as good as it gets. Will be doing business again with them in future.

 My first service here went without a hitch. Matthew and the crew were polite, professional, and respected my time. Work was done under the hood, and afterwards the engine bay was clean.

 I took my car in for a third time here in May/2020. Great atmosphere, comfortable, clean and friendly. It was going to take 4 days before the part I needed to come in but Matthew in service went above and beyond and got it done by the end of the day. I truly appreciate this. Will definitely be going back the next time I need service for my vehicle.

 Nice and cozy dealership. I was looking for a minivan and after test driving Odyssey and Sienna I was really surprised how much better Sedona is. Drives more like SUV than minivan and it have upscale interior compared to Japanese counterparts. Buying experience was great too thanks to Colin - no pressure, no rush, friendly conversation and he got me a good deal for my trade. If you're looking for a minivan definitely check out Sedona - you'll be positively surprised! Will go back to Lockwood if I need another KIA.

He's been very patient and professional during the trade-in process of the deal, as there was a small bump that we had to tend to from the previous dealership. Armando patiently explained to us all the features included in the vehicle. He showed us all the safety features, navigation, UVO, and among other things included.
