| Description | Susannah believes that practicing law is a privileged path to serving one’s community. She knows that her clients are often experiencing one of the most difficult periods in their lives. In her practice she strives to combine sound legal advice with encouragement and attention to the emotional and psychological well-being of her clients and all those affected by the breakdown of a family relationship.
Children are at the forefront of Susannah’s growing practice. While representing parents in custody and access disputes and non-parents (such as grandparents) on guardianship matters, Susannah keeps the best interests of the children in mind. She is particularly interested in representing children both in private parenting matters and in Child Welfare matters. Susannah recognizes that in addition to navigating the legal system, often for the first time, many families are also facing unique challenges ranging from abuse and addictions to restructuring businesses and dividing property. |
