 This week my wife contacted Standard Auto Wreckers regarding our vehicle to be picked up as it was no longer safe to drive. My wife spoke to Gail. Gail was most professional and understanding of our situation. My wife was very attached to our beloved vehicle and saddened to part with it. Gail was very sympathetic and helped guide my wife through the process. Our vehicle was not just a piece of scrap to us. Standard Auto offered free pick up in light of the current virus, which was most considerate and helpful. Gail was most personable, offering good health wishes and safety. Blair, the tow truck driver arrived at the given time. Blair was also most professional and personable. I cannot thank such beautiful people enough for their kindness and professionalism at such a difficult time for us in parting with our beloved vehicle. Gail and Blair are wonderful employees - they are a great reflection of Standard Auto Wreckers. We recommend this company highly. Thank you.

 I have followed Standard Auto Wreckers when the UPIC concept appeared on my social feed, I asked them to put a Range Rover into the area and i would attend - They did not disappoint - One came in - plans were made a friend enlisted - were both ex-yard dismantlers and car guys, So I loaded up the tools and left Tweed at 4am - picked up Tony and we got to the yard at 7am - Met David Gould and the crew it felt like a party atmosphere 'Something Special' and it was - Clean Yard - Super stoked friendly staff a great amount of camaraderie helping each other with agreeing who needed what, lending tools and know how and helping load each other up - Crossing the line was funny considering how much 'Loot n Plunder' was on us. We had a brilliant day and I was able to get a pile of parts that really made the difference to my wife's car - Finally after 2 years the windows roll down and with the rest of the haul its going to be a lot safer for winter, Only thing I could have wished for would be a chip truck or a bacon sandwich - you get a huge appetite wrenching lols - Thank you So much we are coming back for the OktoberFest its a brilliant day out and id totally recommend this operation.

 Standard Auto Wreckers did a wonderful job in towing my Mother's non-working car away. The driver Henry removed the plates for me and carefully got the car out of the very low underground garage without incident. Paperwork was minimal and they showed up at the arranged time.  Idk why so many people 1 star’d this place but its a great place to get parts for your old car and you dont want to pay the oem price for one. But parking is okay and prices are fair plus the yard is 5 minutes away from my house!

 100% RECOMMENDED. It was a VERY snowy day and as I was on my way to work was where I got stuck. I was already frustrated from the poor weather and how late I was for work but Dave Duke provided such an AMAZING customer experience for me - I hardly ever write reviews but he definitely deserved this one. He got me out of the snowbank, cleaned my car.. he was super professional and compassionate and helped me get on with my day.
