Stephen Penney and his team including Diane and Winsome were all great to work with. They were a key part of an excellent group of professionals including our mortgage broker and real estate agent who helped my wife and I with what I imagine was a very fast "closing" on a house; we were asked to leave a rental property and had to find a new home quite quickly. I obtained a couple of quotes for legal services, and although Stephen's was a bit higher, I went with Stephen because he answered my questions personally when I called, and I definitely appreciated that personal touch. Excellent experience working with his office from the initial interview to obtaining the keys.
We had such a great experience with Steve. So much attention to detail and always in such a friendly and happy mood! He made things easy for us and we would highly recommend him to our friends!
