I used Faber and Oostdyk for a real estate purchase recently. They were professional and very helpful. There was some issues with the original paperwork that was done back in the 70's that made the transfer process complicated but they worked hard and buttoned up all the loose ends. I felt they did a fantastic job of representing me and my best interests. Special thanks to Rebecca and Shaun who did such a great job.
We are out of province and hired this firm to notarize and assist in the completion of real estate documents with an owner in Burlington. The firm was very responsive, providing an appointment for the owner the next day, and properly executed the various documents without issue.
