 Amazing customer service from inquiring about the prices to get a full quote and right up to complete installation. Ann in the office handles all inquiries and messages promptly and she always makes the time to answer all your questions. Frank came out to give us our quote. He took pics of our roof to really show us the issues. He was on time for his appointment with us. Allan is the main person in charge during the install. He had a good crew. They worked hard and quietly. No music blaring and they seem to be using their safety straps and had a unison rhythm among the group. The job was done quickly and never left bare sections. Not like one of those companies that drags out the work for days. They are efficient and focus on the task at hand. They cleaned up pretty well.. still some granulars left on the porch and back patio and driveway. I think because the ground was wet it was difficult for them to leave it totally clean. We had to hose everything down. Ann, Frank and Allen are all owners of the company so there's a sense of pride. All three were friendly and very personable and honest. I highly recommend this company. It's been around for 40+ years and they know their stuff. Hopefully I won't need their services for year's to come. ????

 We had a windstorm that damaged our roof recently. I got a number of quotes from different roofers and Kelly and Son's had the best price. They were very fast to get our roof repaired and Ann was nice enough to explain everything to us on the phone what procedures were necessary and why they were necessary. They were flexible with our payment plan options. I appreciate it! Thanks for getting us all fixed up!

They stepped in to help us just before the cold weather hit, after they learned that another roofer we had hired had unkindly stiffed us (Nu Edge Roofing, which we would never use or recommend). They have a real CREW -- a team of capable male and female roofers who treat your home and property with care and respect. The roofs of our home and outbuildings were in bad shape. We had just navigated a health crisis in our family and as a mom and proud homeowner, I really needed the roof to be sound before winter. They took on our job at a super-busy time and got it done, with wonderful results. Are they the most inexpensive roofers out there? No. But you get what you pay for, and the final cost was fair given the scope of work and tight time frame. Peace of mind is money to me. Kelly and Sons have earned their reputation one roof at a time. I highly respect and recommend them.
