| Description | My goal is to be the best legal advisor that I can be for my clients, and to do that every day with wisdom, integrity, humility, empathy and a little humor.
I’m very fortunate that I get to work with a few very intelligent and hardworking business owners / accountants, in-house counsel, real estate agents, and insurance adjusters. My work goes beyond: (i) assisting my clients with and handling the legal claims and issues that their companies are dealing with, (ii) making sure that they’re meeting all their deadlines, and (iii) keeping them informed about the status off their files, it’s really about finding ways to make your life easier. Aside from being a legal advisor, with an MBA and a wealth of knowledge in finance, operations and strategy, I pride myself on being able to add value for my clients by being a key business advisor and a “problem solver”, having counseled clients of all sizes and from a wide variety of industries on various corporate, insurance, product liability, and insolvency/restructuring issues. Patience is the name of the game. Both Marilyn and Joseph are extremely experienced in handling personal injury cases. We had never been on this journey before, but at each juncture (or perceived crisis) we were always reassured and had our fears alleviated by our representatives. In the end, our claim was resolved to our utmost satisfaction. Rest assured it was painful at times and it took longer than we initially anticipated. However, at no time were we told otherwise. In fact, we were told from the outset how long this might take. I want to thank Nikki, Arvinder, Joseph and especially Marilyn for the expert job they did.
