Sam is helpful in explaining the closing process of owning your first home and what the costs associated with. However the downside was his inflexibility in understanding the current situation of the pandemic. I had to fly in to canada just to sign documents when other lawyers were using docusign and video conferencing for closing. In the end I ended up being stuck for several weeks... he lacked empathy and wasn't very understanding considering the global crisis and my personal situation... something to consider in future.
