MacKay does a great job in breaking down the steps of the transaction and letting you know where you are in the process. We made our purchase during the distancing/isolation Covid-19 period. MacKay gave my wife and I a series of options when it came time to sign the final documents..whatever we were comfortable with. I would recommend their services without any hesitation.
Friendly & knowledgeable, great communication, fair price. The ability to sign all our mortgage documents virtually was AWESOME! Especially since some of us are in different provinces. Hopefully the remote option will continue to be offered, even after the COVID crisis has passed. After all, it's 2020 & there's no reason business can't be conducted virtually. Thanks!
