I have purchased many textbooks through Emond Publishing and have only had positive experiences each time! Emails were responded to promptly and the ordering process was very easy! The books arrived fairly quickly as well. Will definitely continue to order books from them.
In quarantine I had to order two textbooks rather than buy at the college store. Both arrived promptly (within 1-2 business days) in great shape. Only concern is the website is not very clear at the end of a purchase. You have to look in your email for the receipt / confirmation of purchase.
Emond Publishing are true professionals in their business. Be it the selection of their publications, or the talent of the authors, or the quality of their print, or the care they put into their customer service process. They have indeed mastered their craft.
My experience purchasing a text book via the website was convenient and shipping was fast and follow up was timely. I would definitely purchase from the Emond website again.
