 I was able to connect to real people when I called the firm and booked an appointment within days of the initial contact. I was dealing with employment issues, the firm educated me on the Employment Standards Act and what my rights were. They provided me with the pro's and con's of my situation and what my entitlement might be under the law. The lawyer provided me with guidelines as how to proceed with confidence on my own when dealing with my employer. The final result was that I received more compensation and felt that the result was do to my help and professionalism when dealing with this law firm.
