Through REACH Canada (Equality and Justice for People with Disabilities), two individuals who receive supports with our agency were assigned to Bayne Sellar Ertel Carter, and specifically Michelle O'Doherty. In both cases, Michelle went above and beyond to provide excellent counsel, resulting in decisions that were in favour of the individuals represented. It is not always easy to advocate on behalf of persons with developmental disabilities, but Michelle did a formidable job and made sure to keep everyone informed throughout the process.
