 I made my first ever purchase using Air miles. I did not realize that my rural address would not be allowed as the the shipping address, and the parcel went to a depot in my home town. I did not pick up the package for reasons entirely my "fault". At the point I realized my mistake the package was on its way back to some place - I had no idea where... A very helpful Air Miles rep gave me a new tracking number, a shipping company rep reluctantly gave me the destination of my missing package as Bassett Direct, and the extremely kind and helpful person who answered the phone at 8am on November 1st promised to do her very best to retrieve my parcel and send it back to me. The package arrived yesterday. Thank you. Your willingness to be helpful, and your kindness went a very long way to make my day. Thank You!
