We first met Richard Howitt 12 years ago when we bought our first house and were met with a very kind and highly knowledgeable man. Richard was terrific to deal never any issues and we were always made to feel important and not rushed. Recently we worked with Wendy in the Real Estate Dept. on the renegotiation of our mortgage and she too was wonderful. We are very pleased with this firm and would highly recommend them.
