Rebecca M. J. Cuthbertson Hulst

On July 1, 2020, Rebecca transitioned her family and mediation practice to Bokenfohr Connolly. Before this, she was part of the Collaborative team at Gunn Law Group and for several years operated her own law firm: Torch Law & Mediation. She has continued to live the Torch motto: “Lighting the pathways to resolution.”

Separation and Divorce is stressful and confusing – both for children and adults. Rebecca empowers her clients by helping them understand the law and how it applies to their family. Her goal is for them to feel comfortable, confident, and prepared to reach a fair and amicable settlement outside of Court.

If a matter requires Independent Legal Advice for a Separation Agreement, assistance with obtaining a Joint Divorce, or simply a basic explanation of the law as it applies to families in Alberta, Rebecca is happy to meet clients on a limited-scope basis for morning or afternoon consultations.
