We have been living here over 2 years now. We have to move because of work related factors, otherwise we would honestly not leave this place. 5 min away from the Terminus Longueuil / metro and 10 min walk straight to Vieux-Longueuil, it is a nice place to be. The administration is very good, they quickly solve any issue and are always very helpful. I don’t know about other people’s experiences, but ours was overall a good one.
Great location, good price, nice stuff the only things one of the reason I move there it was the gym because they promess that the gym gonna open on decembre. We are on may and the gym did't open yet each month they said "it will open at the end of the current month" and that's since December.
