Randall Osgood

Randy has been an active member of sections of the Canadian Bar Association and has held most section executive positions, including that of Chair in the Real Property North, Wills and Estates North and Solo, Small and General Practice -North sections of the C. B. A. Randy is also a member of the Business Law North and Elder Law North Sections and frequently the Commercial Leasing North sections of the C. B. A. Randy was also an executive member of the Rosslyn Community League including President and past president for many of the years he lived in the Rosslyn neighborhood. He is past Chair of the Board of Managers of the Westmount Presbyterian Church (1998 – 2010) and now an Elder on the Session. His practice includes all areas including Estates, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate and Dependent Adult matters. Randy Osgood also assists with the Home Program which can save some purchasers money on their purchase and educates them about buying a home.
