Pascal Bouchard

Pascal Bouchard is Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary,
Essilor Canada and its affiliates. Since 2017, responsible for the Essilor Canada legal department,
he is providing internal legal services for all Essilor Canada entities, partnerships and joint
ventures. Prior to Essilor, he was International Legal Counsel & Local Compliance Representative
at Shire Pharmaceuticals after having spent 8 years in one of the top Canadian law firms. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology, a bachelor’s degree in Civil Law as well as a
master’s degree in Pathology and Cell Biology from the Université de Montréal and a member of
