I had a very good experience at the Downtown Toyota office with Tonya Thompson in Financial Services. I was moving from leasing to buying out my car and she set it all up with a few good suggestions I wasn't aware of. On top of being good at her job, she's also very warm and friendly, easy to communicate with and funny! Win win win.
I just got a Toyota Corolla 2019 at Stouffville Toyota. I am extremely happy with my new car and the Excellent Service I got from Tim, the Sales person and the staff at the dealership. I can't wait to tell my friends about it. I went from expending $70+ on gas to $40-. Alexandra
I had so far the best experience with any car dealer service department, at Don Valley North Toyota. They arranged for an engineer to visit from their head office to check out my phone charger in my Prius. It works, and the engineer took the time to talk to me, and to reassure me that there were no safety issues to worry about.
