 Rented at 2243 Eglinton East for 3 years, no major concerns. Older building, nice large 2 bedroom unit was nice and real close to Kennedy Station. The super has always been friendly, responsive and timely to respond to repair requests and general building maintenance. The management group at the office were helpful and transparent when we first took occupancy of the unit and were flexible and understanding during our departure from the unit. Although, we were not significantly burdened by the COVID pandemic, I was glad to see the management put out several options for payment plans for rent for those who were impacted by the many layoffs. I have friends who's landlords were not so lenient and understanding. Rent is quite fair actually in comparison to the rest of the city. I would rent from them again should I be looking for a rental unit.

 Julie was very helpful during the process of applying for a rental unit. She went above and beyond to assist my mom & I in our application and her kindness and patience was truly appreciated and will not be forgotten. She always answers our calls and emails promptly and is very helpful.

 I help take care of my father who does live in a building managed by Gold Seal Management Inc. I have dealt with management for the passed decade and they have always been helpful, considerate, and caring. The Superintendents' through the years have looked out for my dad and all work orders completed within expectation. Management always keeps an open line of communication with regards to any concerns of the tenants and building is always clean.

 My Family and I have been living here for years. And we've had nothing but positivity and professionalism come as a result of our apartment building being Managed by Gold Seal. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Julie and Simon in regards to a small issue on our part. They took the time to listen and were very understanding. They rectified it without hassle and ensured all promises made were held up. In addition, any other issues we've had in the past regarding our apartment were always dealt with accordingly within a reasonable time frame. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication from your team and hope we continue to have an outstanding relationship for as long as we are tenants. Thank you.

 Iv'e lived at 2243 Eglinton east for 4 years and' my first super was a bum but they got rid of him and everything has been good since. I've dealt with the Head Office staff several times and have no issues with them and the property manager is ok as well. They treat the whole building for cockroaches every year so it makes me wonder if the people writing bad reviews are just a bunch of liars or what.
