| Description | Nathaniel Misri’s practice includes a variety of corporate and commercial law matters, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financing transactions. Mr. Misri works with a wide variety of clients, including in the following industry sectors: agriculture, energy, manufacturing, natural resources, retail and wholesale, science and technology, transportation, banking and real estate. After finishing law school, Mr. Misri completed the judicial clerkship program with the British Columbia Supreme Court. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from McGill University, a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Rowe School of Management and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Schulich School of Law.
