 Hi, just wanted to say thank you for being such a wonderful team at your, airport.. We was there for 2 days and nights... My wife and I do not speak French, but had no problems getting help from anyone at this airport.. We always went to Toronto Pearson, but not any more... Thank you again for making us feel comfortable

 Not sure why I have to take out my luggage to recheck in and re-enter security when transiting Montreal from another country. It means I always need a longer layover through this airport. Nice enough airport but what a pain to do this. It does not feel as organized as the other larger Canadian city airports like Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton. Anyway, still four-star as it is quite functional and because there are so many restaurants and little things like water coolers, water bottle filling stations, lots of signage, departure/arrival screens, good announcements, etc. People who work here are also quite nice and helpful.

 Really nice airport in all aspects. Check in is smooth, security is SO quick with great and friendly staff, takes me no more than 5 minutes the times I've gone through. Airside, there are good shops with the things you could need ahead of a flight. Overall, the staff here are some of the friendliest I've met at any airport. When you're an arriving passenger, it's very smooth. Immigration is usually easy and quick with the electronic machines but sometimes the wait for your luggage is a bit tedious. The only negative aspect is that the queue of people lining up for their flight sometimes blocks the walkway for people walking to their gate. Bathrooms are very clean which is a big plus.

 Nice airport in most aspects. Easy to navigate and the staff are friendly and helpful if needed. There were a couple of food options in each terminal and the terminals are easy to navigate and there is enough chairs for everyone in the waiting area. Would recommend if you have to do a layover like we did.

 This airport has the kindest and most helpful staff. They were especially thorough in the baggage screening, which helped me feel very safe. There are many restaurants and cafes throughout the terminal building, including an awesome Starbucks, on the USA bound side. My only complaints are the signs can be confusing in places, and there should be more cell phone charging stations.
