My impression of Birks on Bloor - WOW! I am so impressed.
I took my watch in for a new battery some time back and was told yesterday it was ready. I contacted Birks today and asked if there was some way they could mail or courier it to me at home, as I don't want to get on the subway just for that under the current circumstances. I spoke to Rosa Da Silva there and she immediately couriered my watch to my home, same day, no charge.

We just got our wedding ring and band here. Lana was such a caring, professional, friendly, and astonishing lady. Owing to her effort, we had a fabulous shopping experience at Birks. Her store manager also prepared a champagne when we pick up our rings! Thx to you guys, as well as the regional manager! You guys are amazing!!!
This store offers incredible service. Highly recommend Lana, she is so attentive and really the best.
The experience is night and day from the Birks at First Canadian Place. Even though it might be a bit more of a trek for some, I highly recommend to all my friends thats they make the trip up to Bloor.
