I recently completed an apartment purchase with Jim's help. I am a lawyer myself and so I am familiar with the procedures in real estate transactions. Jim was very professional and detail-oriented. He was also very responsive. Furthermore, his fees were reasonable and very competitive. I am very satisfied with his services.
There was a miscommunication between the bank and Jim with respect to my request of mortgage transfer. Jim followed up with the bank multiple times and resolved the issue. Jim cares about his clients and is happy to help them with their questions.
I was myself a referral to Jim from RBC in 2014. Since then, I've been sending family, friends and clients over to Jim with confidence. Exceptional service, professional work, and will spend time with each individual clients to answer any questions they might have regarding their real estate transaction. I've been to Notary offices that will want to be done with you within 10 min or so, but not Jim's office. Few month back, he even spent a little over one hour going through a transaction with our mutual client who is a first time home buyer. Professional notary service!
