We decided to have a generator instaled at our house. Looked at various vendors, and chose Michel Blais due to his professionailsm, and responsivmness. Others seem to be too busy, sent bids but with no follow up, or did not bother. Michel palnned theproject (whihc was complicated), sent very qualified people to do it, and has retruned several times to answer questions and hold us by the hand on a few minor issues. Wonderful person and service.
Dropped off a snowblower for a quick weld. Easy drop off, affordable price, great service for a happy first time customer.
Michel (owner) was a consummate professional and I found him very easy to deal with. The staff I dealt with were also great. If your looking for high quality commercial equipment with friendly service this is the place for you.
Not quite a regular custumer, but my go to place for parts, but that doesn't matter to them. Excellent custumer service. They didn't have my specific part, although they could've, would've ordered the part, they recommended another supplier for my immediate needs. I'll be back for sure.
