Fee Simple Law LLP was established in 2016 by Matthew McHugh and Michael Gabriel in Lethbridge, Alberta. The new firm is staffed by some of the most experienced local paralegals in the field of real estate law, allowing the firm to assist clients with their residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate law needs.
Easy to deal with. Makes realty deals easy. No need for expensive Realtors, just get together with a buyer and they will guide you the rest of the way.
I have sent several Lethbridge real estate clients to Fee Simple Law since they opened in 2016. Thus far all of my clients have had a good experience and they have been well represented in their sales and purchases of residential properties here in Lethbridge. The fact that the law office is dedicated to only real estate transactions seems to be a great business model and something the market needed.
