With over a decade of experience practicing exclusively in the field of immigration law, Melissa has a unique combination of experience in corporate immigration – advising multinational corporations in strategic immigration planning and compliance matters, facilitating the transition of employers’ foreign work force to permanent resident status and proactively advising on immigration policy development and processing issues – while also having appeared before all levels of the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court.
