 My brother and I went a couple of weeks ago for the golf show. It was a good one day getaway for us. The venue is gigantic. By mistake we bought tickets for the woodworking show. No worries. They refunded us and we went on to the golf show. It was good. I don't go to a lot of these things so not much to compare it too. But, the drive down was okay and we enjoyed the show.

 Wonderful open spaces. Bright, airy and fully appointed. So many choices for meeting or exhibit space. The design centre will open your eyes to many interior design options. Many design centre showrooms are wholesale only however you can still see so many marvelous ideas and find out where you can purchase.

 The Outdoor Adventure Show is going on this weekend at The international Place. Excellent building, washrooms really clean, all staff really helpful and lots of space to have so many displays. Parking was free for this event and I thought it was still laid out. It was a bit tough turning left coming out of the parking lot onto Airport Rd on a Friday Eve at 6:15 pm but being patient paid off. I would go to other events here if relevant.

 Great amenities and wayfinding. It's huge and spacious, but they have signs and maps everywhere to help you get to where you're going. I also appreciated the little cafes interspersed throughout, for when you need a coffee or snack. These cafes did not have any vegan food options, unfortunately. The washrooms were spacious and never had a line. I didn't see any water fountains, but it's possible I just missed them. The parking lot could benefit from having signs identifying each section. As it is, almost everyone was left wandering around searching for their cars. The Milton GO station is right outside Entrance One, so it's accessible via transit but unfortunately still more convenient to drive because transit takes so long. If the event lets out at the same time, exiting the centre via car can take a while so just allow for that time in your schedule and be patient.

 Just the right size event to wander through. The outdoor adventure show had a nice mix of interests for all ages. My son especially loved the wall climbing and VR tours. I lived getting a makeover.
