Marc Lampert

Marc is licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada to practice law in Ontario. He is also a registered Canadian Patent Agent and Canadian Trademark Agent.

Prior to joining the team at Bhole IP Law, Marc was as an associate at a boutique intellectual property firm and an associate in the Waterloo office of a national full-service law firm. Through these diversified experiences, including those in the flourishing high-tech sector in Waterloo, Marc has worked with innovators of all sizes to realize their intellectual property needs and develop legal solutions for capitalizing on their technologies.

While in law school, Marc’s legal writing skills won a national legal essay competition and his advocacy skills helped win an international moot court competition. Prior to embarking on a legal career, Marc studied Electrical Engineering at The University of Western Ontario. Marc then gained valuable industry experience at an engineering consulting firm where he utilized different technologies to design advanced electrical, lighting and communication systems for new building structures.
