 Dear Mr. Noor, I have been meaning to write this long awaited thank you letter to you for your legal services. Two years ago, my husband and I purchased our first home. A few days later, my father in law passed away. The closing date was 30 days away and the lawyer our real estate agent recommended was not very accommodating to our needs (given the circumstances). That is when I found your business card in a pile of old notes from school. I recall you told me not to forget you when it came time to purchase property. When I called your office, I was put through to you right away. You found time in your busy schedule to accommodate us during the busiest time of the year. You provided step-by-step instructions on what we need to do for the closing. When there was an error made by the City of Toronto on land transfer fees, you made a payment on our behalf trusting that I will pay you back thereby not causing unnecessary delays. On top of all that, your fee was lower than most other places. I am so thankful I kept your card and contacted you in our time of need. It is apparent to me that you have great attention to detail and you care for your clients. I am grateful that you were a part of two major milestones in my life: finishing school and purchasing my first home.  Recently you concluded the sale of another retail Franchised business which I had operated for many years. Although it started out to be a rather routine business transaction, it soon escalated into a very complicated, confusing, and ever changing situation, due to matters entirely out of the ordinary.  Ms. Hossain, it was the first time call from you. I was on the line with you for a few minutes. I was not looking after any matter from you, which you have wrongly indicated in your comment, I had to cancel my stuff with him because he was taking too long and was not doing anything about it, which is totally untrue and misleading. However, you kept interfering unnecessary when I am especially retained by the mother and she was aware of my charges. I ask that you remove this defamatory comment from Google forthwith.
