My first experience with Linda Frazer was in 2004 - her meticulous attention to detail and experience helped get me through some bumps in purchasing my first home. Since then, she has successfully handled my will, the purchase of multiple real estate properties and an estate settlement. Even though her customer base has grown, she still provides very good, personal service to each of her clients. I always recommend her to friends and family.
2018 saw us buy and sell our home in Dorval. Difficult sale do to minimal time frame on our offer. Linda and her staff were wonderful in helping make the sale and purchase as easy as possible. Always available for all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend Linda Frazer for any notarizing needs. Linda and all her associates are the best and made our lives a lot easier during such a busy time.
