Took out Ford Fiesta here with engine trouble - Chris was unfortunately unable to fix the issue (the garage clearly advertises it specializes in Japanese cars). As he couldn't provide a diagnosis, he only charged cost for the materials as well as a minimum bay charge - gave a detailed explanation of what tried and unfortunately wouldn't fix the problem. A genuinely honest mechanic who does a thorough job. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to take our other car here if it encountered issues.

 Honesty and quality work is a hard thing to come buy these days. Vance Automotive exemplifies both! I have been bringing my cars to Michael Vance since 1992 when I first moved to Aurora. I still go to Vance's even though I have moved away. Michael and his sons are worth the drive to Aurora for those seeking peace of mind when they slip back behind the wheel after their car has been repaired. Vance's not only makes sure that only the work that was needed was done, but that it was done to the highest standard. I would highly recommend Vance's to anyone!

 Such a wonderful experience!! My exhaust had fallen off around the corner and they were so wonderful to take their time and help me even though they were busy. Vance's was fabulous said they would take a look and make sure everything was okay, safe and what the next step would be. Very highly recommend!
