Terrible phone and internet service. BUT Great service when I showed up to get credit report in person at their Burlington office. Free parking. The process took less than 10 minutes as I was the only one there. You need 2 photos ID's. Passport, drivers license & perhaps recent utility bill with current address. etc. See posted photo. The Credit Report they give for free does NOT include your credit score. BUT Credit Karma is their online service that provides the Credit Score easily. From now on, I will take all guests visiting Burlington to get their free Credit Report.
