 When I recently needed to make a purchase (and had inquiries about their items) I reached out to their customer service email and received an almost immediate response answering my questions. Keep in mind I sent my inquiry email over the weekend, whilst their store was closed (and still received a response from J Tarnow). Very impressed with their customer service and abudant product inventory!
