I love the cafeteria. good healthy food

 My sentiment about Tangerine has just improved. On Feb 15, 930- 10ish am, I had a lovely associate today "Chantal", apparently I called New New Brunswick. She was very helpful, patient and had a lovely Demeanour and mannerism. She answered all my questions and needs. The associate before her apparently he "could not hear me" and just hung up, no apologies and I had waited so long before he answered. Not all associates are of the same caliber.

 Probably the best digital bank. App and Online systems work great and you can set up any type of account online without needing an agent to help. Sometimes the call queue and chat are full or the call back is long but honestly I’ve only had to ever had to call a handful of times in multiple years. Scotiabank ATM’s are everywhere so depositing and ATM withdrawals are easy to access and I’ve never had a moment where one isn’t more than 5 mins away. Interest Rates could be more competitive but with their EFT Money moving capability you can just move it to another higher interest bank and back to the chequing.

 Very friendly and professional service staff. Great financial products and flexible terms.
