 I was so impressed with Van Der Hout Jewelry's customer service. I ordered earrings for my wife's birthday, didn't bother looking at them until I gave them to her. When she opened them, she realized that I ordered white gold instead of yellow gold. I reached out to customer service and they went well above what I would have expected. They wanted my wife to have the earrings she wanted on her birthday so Zach from Van Der Hout arranged to meet and exchange the earrings in person. Incredible!
