The Building Department in Sudbury is significantly more responsive and easier to deal with than most municipalities in Ontario. The Building Inspector, Jason Radley and Fire Inspector, Doug White answered emails, cell phone calls and issued notices in a timely manner making the permit approval process much smoother than is typical in Ontairo.
