This is a building that leases space to different companies. The place is clean and has a large parking lot but the area is not very wealthy and surrounded by a large number of strip malls that are very ugly. Another nuisance is the entrance to the parking lot from old weston that is a very bad trafick solution. Very often there are accidents there and congestion during rush hours is times unbearable. The building has a nice restaurant with healghy choices on the first floor
