I sent an e-mail with a question about services and cost, and was surprised to get a complete response back within minutes. They scheduled me in the next day, and were very gracious and helpful - and as an added bonus the total cost came in at less than the estimate since i required additional work. As a bonus, it was a bright and clean office. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.
