Great firm...Steve Sioui gets the job done.

 Ted's great as long as he likes you. If he takes a dislike to you you might as well get yourself a stone tablet and and a chisel. Otherwise he's the best in town.

 It is an accessible office and the service provided was as expected with service fee similar to that of other offices in the area. Unfortunately, I was told that my documents were mailed out when they called me after the closing (late March) and should received them in several weeks. I didn't find out until today (end of May) that they weren't mailed until 'few days ago'. I was able to find this out only because I called into enquire about it.

 Second time I've used them to buy a house. They are the best. Highly recommended.
