I found the tiny office was lined with lots of boxes of files along the wall. When we got there which was 2 mins earlier than the appointment time, the only secretary was not there and the door was unlocked. Without realizing it, we went in and found no one was there and as we came back out, the secretary came walking towards us. First impression was so so.
