This is a really interesting bookstore worth checking out. There is such a huge variety of books available! Even if you don't like books or aren't interesting in buying a book, this is still an attraction worth going to. You will be amazed by the sheer size of the store, and the many thousands of books it contains. The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is warm and it makes you feel smart, being surrounded by all those books!

 Great bookstore! Recently moved in to this location that is very bright and welcoming. Lots of books to choose from at very reasonable prices.

 The second hand books are in perfect conditions and at a good price. And the library is really cute, too.

 I've been coming here a few times a month for the past 15 years and never once been disappointed. The atmosphere is always inviting, and it's a great place to spend a couple of hours on a rainy day. I rarely leave the store without a reasonably priced paperback (or three) tucked under my arm. Great staff and a great selection of gently-used books. Without a doubt my favourite business in Victoria.

 If you love books, this place is still pretty close to heaven. I don't live in Victoria and this store alone makes me regret that circumstance. Russell Books is a wonderful mix of new and used books where you can spend hours looking through memories of books from the past, and they have a fantastic selection of the latest authors as well. I like to collect certain books and the staff at Russell Books helped me get closer to completing parts of my collection. A must-visit if you are a book lover.
