I was falsely accused of felonious assault for defending myself after being attacked from behind while walking home. I was offered a plea deal by the Erie County DA, but I refused to take it as I was innocent and was preparing to attain a graduate degree in the health sector, which would be all but impossible with the charges I was facing. Michael and Nicholas were phenomenal at establishing that I'd done nothing wrong and were successfully in getting all of the charges dismissed.
