Rona would have been a good home depot was it not for their pricey items. They have good assortments of items but lack good advertising. I do not see someone who can assist a buyer here. The parking is huge. I suggest that they offer installment payments too, like that of Canadian Tire's triangle card where you can pay large amount of items in a year or 2. That is the only way Rona can survive the competition.

 The Supervisor Alicia was really helpful and we really appreciated her customer service. She made our day! Also, the cashier Angela was good. Thank you Alicia!!!! Keep up your good job!!!!!

 Had amazing service here today all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Xin thanks RONA Scarbrough Midland

 The manager was very helpful but the store itself needs to try a little harder.
