I have a maintenance plan with Reliance for the Mitsubishi A/C unit in my Tenant’s suite that gives me one service call per year. The service man that came was great and very knowledgeable of this type of system. He did a thorough cleaning and/or checking of all the components both indoors and outside. He answered all my questions and showed me how to take out the filter so I can clean it once more midsummer and help it continue to run efficiently all season. These Reliance plans give me great peace of mind. I have always had great service.

 We were pleasantly surprised that our Reliance technician, Joe, showed up on-time today with a friendly smile. He came to do our usual annual maintenance for our furnace and gave us some great tips on how to reduce our energy cost and spoke with us about the benefits of having a completely new system installed, which we may do this fall. We sincerely appreciated Joe's tips, expertise and help today. He has been the most knowledgeable and experienced technician we have ever met with Reliance. Thank you Joe...keep up the great work!

 Dan Goodman was the tech I had. He called before coming, took time to recap the work order before arriving. Arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem as well as took the time to understand my needs. Very professional and courteous. Maintained social distancing protocols. After work complete, Took the time to answer questions on unit use and recommended service plans based on total home needs. Great experience!
