David Phillips has acted as my representation on two DUI related occasions. Defeat and criminal punishment seemed inevitable in both instances as the cases were both fairly open and shut for the Crown. However, David’s experience and thorough expertise resulted in a withdrawal and an acquittal in the matters (based on Charter breaches) and I am forever grateful for his defense of my cases. David truly cared about my case and is extremely professional, honorable, and a genuinely kind person who kept me up to date with relevant information and did not push me into any unnecessary trials or extra expenses that were not fully required of my case. Through his hard work, dedication and a lot of research on his part, he was able to get my two very terrible charges dropped for me which were, driving under the influence and child endangerment. I can't even explain how grateful I am as I was facing potential deportation out the country and possibly never being able to work in the healthcare fields.
