Working with Dave was a great experience. His professionalism and friendliness made him awesome to work with. He was very patient, efficient and always responded quickly if we had any questions, no matter the time of day. He was a great help with the pros and cons of the different properties and we appreciated his honesty while touring homes.  We met David at an open house over a year ago and kept in touch during that period as we were casually looking for a bungalow for downsizing. David was very helpful in the process as he arranged for automatic updates given our criteria for a search and the filters he set resulted in many interesting houses released on the market. When we were interested in a house, David was quick to respond to our request for a visit and his insights were very helpful during our visits together. In April 2019, the perfect house came up and we jumped at the opportunity to submit an offer. David responded very quickly and helped us to get out in front of other interested parties to submit an offer. This was a key step in eventually securing our new home as other people were also showing interest. At that time we were actually heading out on vacation and David was able to connect with us while we were away during the negotiations and we were able to do electronic signatures while away. After offer acceptance, David was also very helpful and diligent in follow up items related to conditions in the offer. We found David to be very trustworthy and responsive. He was always available through e-mail, text, or cell. Also his experience and excellent negotiation skills were very evident throughout the buying process.  David has been on the look out for a new home for my husband and I as we look to downsize from our family home to one that is more suitable for retirees. He has been very patient with us as we are extremely fussy!!!
